Hello ninjasipat, sorry I have to ask this politically incorrect question in order to give you an answer: From which country are you?
Reason is, some shops look at an obvious tourist and the price would start to jump higher than the ceiling. Some more principled companies with good management will charge a little more than local price. Finally, some really honest companies don't look at your skin and eye and hair colours, and would just quote you a price no different from any Singaporean.
