I think currently the best ultra compact is Panasonic FX8, it meets all yr requirement.

fuji F10 you wun be disappointed

clean ISO up to 800 and a little noisy at 1600 (comparable to the ISO400 of other ultra compacts)

you candids wun be missed for sure.

slim and chio camera .... it's only 4 MP tho ..but for candid shots...enuff liao lo...within budget too

Buy a highspeed 2GB SD card from WAI and you can use it as a camcorder :lovegrin:
