Here we go again..taking the easy way out - unauthorized usage of images by agency

Found some unauthorized usage of my images by this agency.

Behavior or not, photographers still have the sole copyrights of any photo produced by them. One of his pictures are "featured" in a site but didn't engage the main photographer for the use of the photo, according to TS.

Just do up an invoice, & sent it to them.

If it's TFCD then there's a chance that the models gave them permission instead?

In most cases, it's model works with photog for the pictures.
Model joins an agency and gives them pictures taken from her past shoots.
