Hey people, i just bought a Canoscan 4400f not long ago and after a few scans, i find that the pictures that have come out have scratches and lines stuff like this :

The top right hand corner.

Just wondering is it the scanner prob, negative prob or my camera prob ? If so, how can i solve this. Thanks !

Looks more like the film
Probably but handling during the processing of the film.

how you process the film?

Hmm, just send it to the shop ???

Still wondering, but when the exposure is just right, the picture will turn out in the original colour.
