sorry new here, hope anyone can help me.
im trying to edit the picture into black and white but only with the red colour left.
eg. a model posing wants to focus on the model's red lips so others all back except for the lips

If you're using PS, there's this layer trick which you can desaturate the whole photo except masked portions. So mask whichever portions you want left in colour and the rest will be desaturated.
