help with my macro setup!

hi!

i am an absolute newbie to macro..
but i just got started today!

it comprises of a fuji s602z + 52mm adaptor + nikon 6t + canon 50mm f1.8 reversed..
the magnification is great, however the working distance is very near..
around 1.5 inches..

the s602z has a optical zoom of 6x..

is there anyway to increase the worknig distance?

i have heard pple saying using teleconverters.. but how am i supposed to attached a teleconverter to my setup? and what teleconverter should i buy? im not using a dslr system..

Zoom out all the way. BTW where did you get the double threaded ring?
