took this picture from my room... there is a row of lights on the upper part of the picture that shouldnt be there. any help on what these lights are and how to prevent them? tried taking from different angles and spots and the appearance of these lights which somehow looks like reflections are inconsistant. i remains exactly e same if i take e same picture several times. taken with a 70-180 lens
