Help!!! There's a thin white line in my lens!

I did not touch my lens for two days. Just now, i took it out for some regular cleaning, i saw a thing white line about 2mm thick in my Nokton 40mm. I tried to clean the surface of the lens but it remains in the lens. It looks like a fine piece of hair.

May i enquiry if it is fungus or anything potentially harmful to my lens?

Will it affect the quality of my pictures?

Will it affect future buyers confidence?

I agree. Usually the thickness of a hair is less than 1mm or 100,000 nanometers thick.

Sorry for the miscommunications. I mean the length of the hair is about 2mm. Not the thickness of it.
