Help Tamron Lens Problem!

My 1 1/2 year old Tamron 17-50mm was stuck at 50mm and I cannot Turn it back to 17mm.....!
Any recommendation on which workshop should I go? :cry:

I encountered the same issue before, brought it to JEL CORPORATION (HOLDINGS) LTD, they did a one-to-one exchange as my lens was less than one month old at that time.
