Help, strange colour

I have a strange issue, pink whiskers on a cat. Only happened to one of the several shots taken of this cat, anyone know the reason ??? Filter was Hoya UV-Guard HMC.

I suspect that is a case of Chromatic aberration prevailing with digital cameras.

Easy.... I examined your image under CMYK mode and all its hue curves.
