Help on where to clean old len

Hi guys .. My dad gave me his old Len , Nikon 70-210mm. And I saw fungi inside the Len. I called up Nikon service centre and they said that they discontinue servicing of this Len. May I know where got clean old Len like mine ? Thank in advance.

Talk to 3rd party lens repair folks like bro fatigue, camera hospital or camera consultant.
