Help on USA toll free number

I need to call this number urgently to cancel my order before it was processed.
1800 427 7895 (gap style)

This a number to dial within USA.
What is the country code or number that i can call from Singapore?

Or anyone Now locate in USA can help me to call to cancel?

i tried Skype and it works. The phone rang and I didnt wait for someone to pick up.

I have skype credit anyway, don't know if you need credits to call overseas toll-free.

Edit: remember to omit the first 1 when you type the number.

Did you set the country to USA?

I managed to call Gap solved my problem
I dial (018) follow by the toll free will do.

Starhub claim that now having promotion, therefore there is no charges on USA international calls. I will be charge as local calls. Wonder did i hear wrongly.

Anyway, for gap lover. Currently, Gap having 20% off.. go grab

No, this "promotion" has been there for about four countries (US, CN, MY and something else IIRC) for several years now.
