Help.. OM Adapter..!

Hello folks,

Managed to buy OM2n body and a couple of lenses OM 50mm F1.8 zuiko and
a Tamron 135mm F2.5 with an adapter for OM mount.
Is it possible to mount the Tamron with OM mount adpater to the OM-4/3 adapter
and in turn E300? Please help me analyse the merits and de-merits of these mounting.

I presume the 50mm F1.8 fits with OM-4/3 adapter. Also I would like to know the
options that I may lack with this connection.

Any link detailing this info is highly appreciated.
