Just bought the Lowepro Orion AW

It says "While using as a beltpack you can swing the Orion AW around for instant access to gear."
However the bag doesn't allow anyway for me to swing around... a little more search on the online user guide http://www.lowepro.com/download/orionaw.pdf showed that there is another strap which is missing... the 'grey strap' with D ring... does anybody have a picture of it or any experience of it so I can go back to Cathay Photo and show them?
