HELP!!! Need to restore overwritten file

i've overwritten a word document with a different version. is there a way for me to restore the previous version?

i was so kan-chiong to prepare for a meeting and i overwritten my working copy with another copy.

die liao. so, is there a way out here besides starting everything again?

check in your temp folder for auto save copies
