The first 2 shots are somewhat cluttered? Very hard to figure out what the subject is. The last one seems pretty alright.

4th pic would look absolutely brilliant if the shot was taken abit lower... covering the entire top structure filled with the sky in between.... nonetheless, nice attempts play with the DOF in the first 2 pictures....

The first two pics you're concentrating on e knots right?? If so, the colours from the background are pretty distracting. Esp. the blue nylon on the second pic. Maybe B&W would have been better

Sorry only the 4th shot works for me. The rest don't tell any story. Maybe you can add a caption to tell a story. #1 and #2 are basically almost the same shot. Just choose one to display will do. #5 good try, but what is he looking at? No attention drawn to any object. If there's a campfire below and he is gazing at it then it'll draw some nice subject attention.
