Help for injured cat

Hi,

My neighbour's cat got hurt. There were deep cuts at its front paws. I intend to bring it to a vet. Can anyone recommend me a reliable vet in the north? Preferably not too expensive. I am only free this Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon (ie. must be open this weekend). Let me know if I have to make appointment. Thank you for your help.
