HELP- confuse on PIXEL on OLY

if i want to get sharp print ( good enought for competition) from Oly camera and as many pic as i want to take, which setting should i chose?
OLY C-40 zoom
1- 2272X1704 HQ ( less then 1MB)
2- 2288X1712 SHQ ( about 2+ MB)
3- 2272x1704 TIFF ( about 11+MB)
when i open all this files in photoshop, all give me 11MB.

Can you furnish more details? Like camera type and the size of your prints?

all 3 will give you similar size in photoshop cos that's the "raw size". 2272x1704x24 bit color / 3 ~ 11MB

SHQ should be good enough.
