Sup brothers & sisters !

I'm a newbie here at CS, been hovering in CS for quite sometime and intended to start logging in my account to learn more from you guys ... & girls :)

Using a D60 right now , just to ask , would it be wise to change my body every now and then or rather just stick with this but upgrade lenses.

Thanks !! Peace !

Welcome to CS

It all depends on your current arsenal of lenses which you have so far. Most users would advocate upgrading of lenses over bodies unless you have a specific need for the certain camera body model.

READ MORE (and you'll find out more info on this)
SHOOT more (and you'll get better)
Post more (for feedback on your shots)

yeah...a pro told me once...
lens is much more impt than body...
bt of course u must hv a body in hand la...lol!

btw. i oso usin D60 wif kit lens! ;)

Hello...welcome.
If the body is sufficient for you than no need to change lor. Very often it's wants vs needs.

Wecome to CS !!!

Two important factors

(1) Budget
If hv excess cash to change body, why not ?
Sensor/processor are getting better w/ each new camera model
If no budget, stick w/ what u have loh..

(2) Skill
Is ur D60 limiting u ?
Have u fully explore all its functions already ?
Changing a new body will bring ur photography standard to a new level ?

Only u have the answers to above
or u already have the answers already

End of the day, can have lots of advices here
but the $$ still comes from ur wallet

Hi and welcome to CS.

For me, it would be lenses first, then body later. Good lenses open up more options in photography.

With this camera, you're kinda limited to the AF-S options. Thus you have a crimp when deciding on the next lens anyway.
