"Hello World" is used in many many languages.. Not just C :bsmilie:
Of course :) You want more ? I can give you a few more at least :bsmilie:

1)
public class HelloWorld {
public static void main(String[] args) {
System.out.println("Hello World");
}
}

2)
#/usr/bin/perl
print "Hello World\n";

3)
<?php
echo "Hello World\n";
?>

4)
class HelloWorld {
int main(int argc, char *argv[]) {
cout << "Hello World\n";
return 0;
}
}

;)

LOL! What's the first language? Looks like C (or a variation) to me.
