Hello, I'm totally new to this..

Hello everyone, As stated in the title.. this is my first time doing photography.. I've recently bought a canon 1000D dslr and I've been taking some photos here and there...

Hi!

Wow thanks for the great words of encouragement! I went out and took some night shots around my neighbourhood an hour ago. Heres what I came up with.

i think pic no. 1 is nice if you were to focus on the two red flowers by the side..
dats just me..
anyway, shoot more and try different modes. explore yr cameras more and dont stick to the same shooting methods.
can try reading books or search the net. it helps..
