You may do better with your pets at their level, i.e. get lower. It'll give a different perspective. And as for your food shots, you may want to correct the white balance as currently it does not give the correct visual representation of how the food looks like.

oh okok will take note of these 2 things.. my gf jack russell will dash to me if i lie on the floor to take his photo lol.. but will still try.. as for the food i will take note of the white balance.. thx for ur input bro!

i use P mode to shoot.. so i tink its in auto mode.. i tried playing with the WB setting while taking the landscape pictures though..
