If a time like 01:00 also satisfies the "3 numbers in a row" criteria, then a lot leh... Tired also... cannot count!

2. 00:00 (if this counts, but.. for analogue clocks, i presume they refer as 12.00AM?)

Then consider three numbers in a row:

5. 03:33
6. 04:44
7. 05:55
8. 10:00

Then it's analogue clock.. so.. probably you have to count twice the frequency. so.. should be 16 times (incl. of 00:00) or 14 times (excl. of 00:00).
