I am exploring with SAM on the possibility of increasing the numbers, by putting a tentage with fan outside the glass hall, and standing space and the food there.

Then we can have 150pax

TO increase the pax to about 160 pax will involved setting tentage at the court yard.

1. Setting time is also contingent to SAM activities. In our case we have to set it up before Thur (SAM has a event on Thurs) hence it is a 2 day type of charge for the tentage, it will cost about $2k plus for that. We also need to increase the buffet dinner cost which will come out to be another appx $1,500.

2. This entire add 40 pax will cost add $4k worth it?

Ok guys, I spoken to Simon. We will increase the capacity to 180 (cater is 160) as some may fly aeroplane.

We feel that it is worth the $ as this is a 10 yrs bash, we should take this opportunity to invite all the retailers and brands (non sponsors too). We want the industry talk about this event and make CS a name in Singapore. We should also invite the various professional photography association.
