Head mount displays, but eyes can't focus to glasses..

Was reading material and suddenly it come to my mind..
Human being normally are unable to focus on such short distance as our eye glasses..
How does the HMD do the optical trick to make it work?

well, just helping to upz the thread in a way... also interested to know... but its a trade secret i suppose, tell u already, no more point...

but i think it should have a piece of filter, something like a close-up +dunno how much. then it become a .8"x0.45 = 50" kinda thingy.

could be close up filter..

local guys may have chance to use that while in camp right?
