Believe you might instead be referring to Mount Sinabung (Indonesian CVGHM Alert Status IV) at North Sumatra, Indonesia which last erupted on the 18th of February 2014 killing dozens. Mount Kelud (Indonesian CVGHM Alert Status IV) last erupted on the 13th of February 2014 is 1402 km away at East Java, Indonesia and unlikely to affect Singapore with any significant impact at all.
Either way ash clouds from both volcanoes are being blown away from us by high altitude winds, so not to worry.
