And I did a 100km ride, after that ride, got running nose, sore throat :bsmilie: Should have listen to my instinct before the ride to wear a pollution mask ( training for cycling in China )and not knowing there's haze. Wonder if it's going away soon. No reports in newspaper or did I just missed that altogether ?

Today, after the morning rain over many areas of S'pore, the haze have come back.
I even thought the rain will wash off the haze..
