Hi buddies,

Do you think shooting in this haze condition will get more dust into your lens? ;p

Let's say weather sealed lens & body combo will do better, but there's always a risk.. :)

It will affect your health more...

It will affect your images more than your lens ...

Shooting will not affect the lens but changing of lens outdoors will.

More likely the sensor than the lens. Anyway nice hazy condition to shoot beautiful sunset.

If you have to shoot, make sure to blow clean the sensor area as soon as you get home. The particulate in the atmosphere now will adhere to exposed surfaces. If you don't clean immediately, it will become a sticky issue. Anyway, health is more important. Shoot if you have to and with mask, otherwise, there's always another time for shooting. Do not test your lungs.

I can't believe what I am hearing...

Guys, there are tons of dust even without haze... Not much difference in the haze or not...

Worry more about your health than your camera please...
