Has anyone redeemed your CS2 upgrade?

Hi, I bought an Adobe CS (premium version) in April, which was entitled to a free upgrade to CS2. Later I sent the original invoice to Adobe but so far no news about it. I just emailed them again last week and still no news. Has anyone redeemed your copy of CS2 upgrade?

i have done it twice.

there are a few documents that you need to send to them. not only your invoice.
If i remember correctly there is an upgrade form as well.

I'll check and let you know later.
