you've photographed your subject against a colourful background, as such it might work better for you to crop further to minimise distractions from background colours and lead viewer's attention to your subject more directly. the picture looks slightly underexposed and is rather flat at the moment, can do with some adjustments there

Thanks eikin. I blurred the background and it looks a bit better but don't know how to increase the exposure of main portion... trying to figure out this...
