Handgrips

Don't know where to post this so I've posted it here.

What good does a handgrip do? What's the purpose of the handgrip? How does it differ from neckstrap for it's usage?

Hope someone can share his/her experience.

A handgrip is just to get a better grip and feel when u're taking pics. For me a neckstrap is just convenience for carrying your camera around when taking pics.

does it actually help? if my hand is not stable, it's not going to be much use right?

It does help a bit though, you can simulate the effects by curling up the neckstrap around yr wrist and then holding the cam. I feel this way is more stable.

i tot a hand grip is more 2 reduce fatigue caused by d cam + lense & oso 2 prevent d cam from slipping out of my hand. :dunno:
