He is a suspect unless otherwise proven of charges in court.

If the model is so certain of his act, she should immediately make a police report on the spot even if she has deleted the pictures from the SD card. When the police arrived at the scene, they will confiscated his SD card, and the police IT team will be able to recover all the deleted files. If proven of taken such photos, the police will conduct a raid to his place. His laptop / PC, etc, will be taken away for further evidence collection.

One more interesting fact mentioned in the model's FB post that this guy was trying to take pictures of her model friends' boobs.

Were those girls showing a lot of skins? Were the girls wearing revealing outfits?

If this guy used his camera to zoom in to the model's chest to take a close up of her cleverage or boobs, does that constitute a outrage of modesty? He didn't touch the girl but was standing at a distance to take close up of her chest. By doing so, did he commit a criminal act? Any lawyer can advise on this?

Oh pls lor

The gal want to do this job, don't complain.

To me, the photographer didn't cross the line.

The gal should raise the issue of wearing skimpy clothes to the car distributor.

No boobs for noobs :bsmilie:

Anyway.. IMO they showed enough skin already. Photographers should be thankful.. Imagine if one day these models boycott such events and organizers are forced to put aunties n uncles as replacements ;p

You may be wrong as aunties can be a big drawcard for some photographers: :bsmilie:

As far as i know the law, face/whole body + boobs is ok.
Boobs alone, esp boobs in boob window which is there for you to look through, is not ok.

:bsmilie::bsmilie:

Anyway, the btss looks like this guy who is supposed to be behind bars: http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/s...iter-targeted-teenage-girls-to-rob-and-molest

The organizers of Shanghai Motorshow were planning already to have no show girls around.

No attire justifies any form of disrespectful behaviour.

Care to rephrase this statement .....people might take it the wrong way ............ .:bsmilie:

The girls need to show respect for the general public and dress properly.

Agree... just because uncle wearing backpack with pink straps does not give anyone the reason to be disrespectful and call him names... ;p

the show girls are working there to attract crowds to the car shows, not to attract clowns and tikos.

some girls may just like to show off their assets, just like some photographers like to flash their camera gears around, but no photographers would like any tom dick harry peep into their camera bag or camera LCD.
so same principle apply, show some respects, it is not about what others behave toward you, but it is about your own upbringing.

It reflects the corruption of western values of our society rich in confucianism teachings.

Can you see such car shows in our neighbours e.g. Malaysia or Indonesia?

They have higher moral standing than us. :)

They only don't show off publicly. Behind closed doors, mass orgies happening
