I doubt its a boo boo. This type of thing is too impt and high profile already. The RSM would have checked, re-checked and triple checked again before the actual thing.

My colleague has been a guard of honour before... and he says everyone puts on bayonet leh... He says the guy must be in trouble.

The 2nd one should be the shortie lor. GOH contigents are normally formed with the tallest guys at the flanks/sides tapering down to the shortest guys in the middle. A much taller guy cannot be standing next to a shortie.
