There are are a lot of nice groups in flickr. What do you have in mind?

there are groups for camera bodies, groups for lenses, group for genres(like portraits,landscape etc), groups for locations(like melbourne, sdyney) and even groups for "stunning ladies"... there are groups for everything

so join the one that most interest you

Nothing to really recommend for singapore group. Just go in and take a look at the photos and their discussion and decide.

Singapore groups tend to be a mixed bag, much like the whole of Flickr.

For good groups, you would have to look for the heavily curated ones. For street, for example, Hardcore Street Photography is good because the admins are very anal.

I can't think of any others, actually.

You'd be better off with 500px, Editor's Pick is generally quite consistent.

Join a group with a large user base.
Try not to join a small one and get no view and no comment. Unless that is what you prefer, or if that group is a niche interest (eg. guinea pigs; furry animals; etc)
