Group shot with G2 problem

Hi,

I'm just realized that most of my group shot appears to be not so sharp. I'm using 420EX bounce.

For group shot less than 10 normally is ok, everybody face appears sharp, but let say 10-30 people it will get soft kinda picture.

What settings is recommended to use?

use F8.0? increase the flash compesation?
