Got some doubts about using syodercube

As i need to know...i can use this cube to set the custom white balance and first of all i need to take a photo with this cube and adjust the white balance in raw format then save it back to camera and after that i can continue take more shoots of the object...is that correct??

And i know we can adjust the exposure and brightness and the black trap..and this will all save it as custom white balance??
