Anyone can recommend a good photography course?
I'm really keen to pick up photography but not sure where I should learn.
had done 2 weekend courses with nature at work, not good.

Thanks

Perhaps you like to share what aspects of the course you attended that you didn't like.
That way you won't be recommended a course that might be similar in pedagogy.

No need to be shy... everyone's entitled to fair comment. I'm sure the instructor himself would like to hear yr feedback.

I've attended a Digital Basic Photography Course at Photographic Society of Singapore. Not bad as a start to total newbie like me.

PSS also offers various intermediate and advance courses on different topics for your to explore your interest.

Take a look at their website: http://www.pss1950.org

;)

I would try phil dates, his courses are trully excellent, i learnt a hell of alot from him. He used to be a teacher aswell so now that he has moved on to photography he knows how to teach it and adapt it for everybodies needs. Its definatly worth considering, and definatly worth the money.

or even pm phildate , hes a Cser too!

thanks guys for your suggestions.
I came across black box & objectifs websites and courses. anyone attended these courses before? are they good too?

If you are interested in learning to use your small flash better, I have a quick online course called Lighting 101, here. The link is up top on the right sidebar.

Doesn't cost anything, but you can be learning while you decide where you are gonna spend your money later... :)
