Good general photography stuff shop ??

I want to get hold of some general lower cost photo bits and pieces.

mounts for strobes, cheap light stands, non-named flash cords and reflector kits etc.

Cathay has everything but it's all brand name and I want to be able to get started at half price before i progressively upgrade ?

Where is good to source general odds and sods

artworkfoto at middle road is good enough for me. They now have a decent size shop with a variety of stock unlike last time when they operated out of a small office.

Yes, sgcamerastore is a good place to start with. If I still recall correctly, the guy that runs the store, Melvin, is quite friendly.
If I read what TS wrote, he is looking for 3rd party brands, which prices are generally cheaper than original brand.
Recently, I bought a wired cable release (Phottix) at 1/5 price of original Nikon.
