Hi guys, I'm currently looking to replace my good old Philishave 6889.
I'm currently looking for a top of the line shaver, be it from Braun or Philips, as long as it perform to the best.

Any model to recommend & the price?
What do you guys think of Braun Activator System ?

Thanks in advance.

traditional gillette still da best! guaranteed clean cuts.....

stick with philishave. they're the best.
they got the smarttouch xl. its pretty darn good. none of that moisturiser nonsense. just blades that seem to stick to your skin no matter where or how u shave.

I have tried Gillette, Braun, Remington and Philips, you name it. The best shave I have is from , hear this well, Panasonic. Yes, their Lamdash series is the best electric shaver in my opinion. They are wet/dry and easy to clean (just use normal dishwashing detergent). Unlike Braun or Philips, their titanium-steel blade lasts a long, long time. (I am still using the same blade on my 3 year-old Panasonic shaver) Plus, they are reasonably priced.

I've been using Philips and so far quite happy with the performance :) The higher end ones are wet/dry and easy to clean too.

Any more experience to share?
Come on guys. ;)

i still stick to traditional Mach 3. :) works time after time. no batteries to worry about.

Agreed gillette is the best

Wow, looks like no one using the Braun Activator System.
Most still prefer the traditional ways huh....

Panasonic and Seiko.
