going to winter countries to shoot, what should I take care of my cam?

Hello there,

i'm going to a winter country to shoot, and am going to a snow peak mountain. Temperature will drop to below 5degrees or even 0degrees. Question: how should I take care or what should I take note when shooting or travelling with my cam in this cold temperatures?

I think the biggest problems are battery life and condensation. Make sure you have some plastic bags and maybe some dessicant.

Keeping the cam close to the body is a good idea but how do you do that with a dSLR? Especially one that is attached with a telezoom. :dunno:
