Hmm..
The blue cast bring a very lonely feeling to the whole pic.
The LRT cutting diagonally across the frame make it a strong composition.
The lorry in the background dun really helps in this pic. Will prefer the LRT to be a little be more into the frame. Feel it is a bit too neat to the edge.
No really sure if the road in the foreground is helping much in the pic.. Maybe you can try cropping it and see if it make the pic stronger or weaker.
Since the LRT is blur due to motion. Maybe try a longer and shorter shutter speed to get diff effect.
And lastly, IT SUCK!!!!.
