holy crap! thats a lot of details!

All this details will make the image on the LCD seem brighter. It is not over exposed.

Lots of dynamic range and data to do wonders in post

some images with a Tamron SP AF17-50mm F2.8 XR Di II (non VC)
this is a DX lens, camera was set to shoot at FX so you can see the vignette

Hi, can ask it, if switch to DX mode the vignetting still there on crop size output.

Thanks

if you switch to DX mode the vignette will be cropped away

Huh... I though it is auto made like a speed light and show on DX mode and drop the MP into 15mp output. Hmm look like wanna manual cropped away :)

That is not the good idea.

there is an auto mode, not sure if it works with non nikon lenses but sure to work on nikon lenses

the images are mind blowing indeed..didnt know the cropped image can be so clear..
for the dragonfly, you used a tripod right? if not you must have a very steady hand.

lol , here are some snap shots from today's lunch time
the limited DOF of the FX sensor takes some getting used to, sometime it is too little
