yes will come with a manual and cd.

once you purchase the software online they will send you the pin numbers and you can use it before the cd arrive.

if you want a CD version, pay slightly more.

go and ask someone with credit card to help you.

ProShow Gold really good and have to get it online. Immediately they will send you the download link and password. I got mine online and that is the only way to get.....
