GES or Flextronics better for Industrial Attachment (Shanghai Branch)?

I'll be applying for IA in china and would like to know from the working class ppl if GES (www.ges.com.sg) of Flextronics (www.flextronics.com) is a better company? Both deals with electronics and from what i know, Flextronics is a very much bigger company.

Job scope for GES is not mentioned
but for Flextronics, it's either
1 - Sourcing /Procurement (1)

2 - Engineering improvement
( Test / Equipment / Product / Quality) (4)

Can anyone explain to be the scope of Sourcing /Procurement?

I wanted to consider the impact of future employment as well when i graduate.

I will suggest Flextronics instead of GES.
Reason, Flextronics is MNC, GES just a local listed company.
And it will shown some weight on ur resume.

Sourcing/Procurement--> Customer list down the item they want, you go and sourcing for .. like who had it, how much $$$, etc....
Procurement --> purchase the part.

BTW, need to know what is your major b'cos these 2 jobs:
1 - Sourcing /Procurement (1)

2 - Engineering improvement
( Test / Equipment / Product / Quality) (4)"

Not sure how GES is now, but several years ago it was a horror house, I've had classmates who worked there and quit due to poor conditions/pay etc.

Flextronics should be the preferred choice - I also know of people working there, and no bad complains yet....
