Courts do have it, but you need to buy gears from them to be eligible, which is already a no no.

Insurers do cover theft worldwide and damages due to fire, flood, windstorm, hurricane, earthquake, riots and civil commotions, cyclone, typhoon, but does not cover damages caused by photographer dropping the item himself. You need to pass them a copy of the receipt, so 2nd hand items without receipt can't be insured.

Those kind of travel insurance only covers up to $500 or $1000. There is no real insurance available in SG to cover camera equipment sufficiently, sad to say.
