Hi.

What gears do you guys use when u guys travel to shoot?
What's a good recommendation?

Thanks

U don't mention what yr priorities are, eg lightweight, or image quality, or convenience, or what equipment u already have, etc? How to advise or give u suggestions?!
Anything for point-n-shoot compacts to medium format systems can be used for travel depending on yr needs n priorities n what kind of travel (family trip or hardcore photo trip).

Just use a smartphone.

When you travel just to shoot, you bring everything you have.

Yet another typical kind of thread..

Travel to shoot.. Shoot what?
Bring accordingly. If not like the one above mention. Carry your dry cabinet on your back (Bring everything). At least this is the best if you really cant decide or had no idea.

Batteries, batteries and more batteries. You never know...

Lol! dry cabinet like a backpack! Imagine that!

For travelling, bring your DSLR, if you want to shoot sceneries, bring wide angle lens, if you want to shoot people, bring a good zoom lense. Bring both if you don't know what is up on the place you are going to. I agree with the other poster, bring extra battery and extra memory card just in case. :))
