Will this photo be able to convince tourists that Singapore is a Garden City...

Have I used too much of sky as background?

The focus in the pic seems to be towards the buildings, esp the cone surrounded by the empty sky. If greenery is your focus, try to bring out the shadow details in the trees. I would tone down the yellow cast on the walls of the buildings and bump up the greenery. There is vignetting on the left hand top corner that can be PS away. A sharper focus on the leaves could capture your intention nicely. Hope it helps.

one scene i remember is the view from the flats along depot road
if you look down from the flats you only see the tops of the trees and no road

oh i know what you mean....
i used to work in Agilent in Depot road....
the trees there have huge overhangs

the picture seems mostly greenish-blue. IMO, these are kinda dull colours that doesnt attract attention.
