May I know how you got to know of this piece of news? You frequent the site? So it's credible? Since I googled up Fujifilm Finepix F30 but this website didn't even come up in the first page of searches. That means that most probably the other bigger sites will have the news by tomorrow.

Anyway, there are product information on the F11 and Z2, even the newer V10, A400 and A500, and F460 at http://home.fujifilm.com/products/digital/lineup/.

I can't access that particular news for the subsequent times i visit it. I click on it, and it goes back to the homepage. Think maybe they got fed up with people directly hotlinking to that news and making use it to link people to their homepage. For those who got to see it, do they mention a 6th generation SuperCCD?

5.8/8 X 38 = 27.6mm.... :think:

A wide angle version of the F11 will be what I just need.

Great that Fujifilm isn't caught in the MP race and continuous improve an already good CCD at the same resolution which is already high enough. :thumbsup:

Since the F650 has a 5X zoom, and looking at the picture of it's front which states 6.0 Megapixels instead of the 6.3 Megapixels that's used on the F11, I was wondering if they could be not sharing the same sensor, even if they have the same megapixel count. Afterall, to accomodate 5X zoom in a compact camera, surely the sensor has to be smaller. Hence it's a different sensor therefore it states 6.0 Megapixels instead. If this is true maybe Fujifilm is still embroiled in the megapixel race...

Only time will tell.
