due to the medical condition, advice by his doc, not fit to travel, too old to visit karaoke,
poor eyes-sight at low lights, he says sorry, he'll not be coming back. you guys can suck thumb. :confused:

well, who the hell approved and agreed on the CD cars can go on the road without valid
insurance coverage? so who the hell will pay for the victim's medical fees? :think:
 

He is waiting if police has strong witness. If got strong witness then he wont come back for sure.
 

So what does this mean? He is already back in Romania... his govt recall him back to Romania.... end of day.... give him a fine and a reprimand for not following procedure? And tell us sorry internal affair cannot send him to Singapore?

Actually all cars in SG have to be covered by road tax, insurance, etc, but because it is CD registered and they know that they cannot be bought to court, they don't care. Even if they beat red light and kenna caught on camera, police will summon them but they don't pay police and AG office also LL.

This is the key point :

The Convention states that "a diplomatic agent shall enjoy immunity from the criminal jurisdiction of the receiving state... the immunity of a diplomatic agent from the jurisdiction of the receiving state does not exempt him from the jurisdiction of the sending state".

SG can't do anything to him but his own country can. Since they have already ask the Romania AG office to investigate the matter they can do anything they want and close the case with just a slap on the wrist.

So basically, unless the Romania MFA waive his diplomatic immunity, SG police and AG office can only sit in one corner and suck thumb.

Because he's part of the dipolmatic corp, even if he ram his car into a police car, he just need to step out of the car, prove he got dipolmatic cover, he can stop a cab and go home to sleep and the police will have to squat on the roadside and suck their little finger ;p

ermm, so any countries who are under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations can make use of their diplomat to be hired killer.

what happen if the victim is one of our top ministers - MM SM PM will he go scott free also. :think:

:think::think: First question on the hired killer, on paper, yes. the only recourse is to ask them to waive it. If they don't, than it become more a politic issue liow and the whole international commiunity will be looking at them and reviewing their relationship with them.

The second part about MM, SM, PM ............... all I can and dare to say is ................ beat dog must see owner ;)
