From B&W photo to color

Helo guys.. is there any websites on Photoshop to teach u roughly how to edit a pic from B&W to color? My mother just pass me a family photo of her 40yrs ago and ask me if i can make it to color.. ;)

Yeah.. and i dun wanna disappoint her..

from what i know, its not going to be easy. u will basically have to paint on the colours manually...

there is some aftermarket software though..
